Without our prior written consent, the User may not transfer, pledge or otherwise dispose of any rights, obligations or status under this Sales Agreement or these Terms of Use to a third party.
Article 19 (Severability)
Even if any part of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid or unenforceable by law, the remainder of these Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect.
Article 20 (Notice)
1. In principle, communication between the Company and users regarding the use of this service will be conducted solely via email (youabynt@you-a.jp).
2. Because order confirmation emails from our company may not be displayed correctly using a mobile phone email address, users should use an address other than a mobile phone email address. Our company shall not be held liable for any damages, etc., resulting from the user's use of a mobile phone email address.
Article 21 (Suspension of provision of this service, cancellation of sales contract, deletion of customer information, etc.)
If any of the following circumstances occur when a customer uses this service, our company may take measures such as suspending the provision of this service to that customer, canceling the purchase and sale contract for products already ordered, and deleting customer information (including points) without prior notice.
1. If you violate the individual provisions set out in Article 22 of these Terms and Conditions, the Prohibited Items set out in Article 4 of the same, the "Personal Information Protection Policy" or the "Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act."
2. If there is a default on payment for products purchased through this service.
3. If the customer does not receive the product purchased through this service.
4. Any other case in which the Company deems it appropriate to suspend provision of the Service, cancel the sales contract, delete customer information, etc.
Our store does not allow purchases for the purpose of resale under any circumstances. We may refuse orders if we determine that the purchase is for the purpose of resale, or if the order is suspicious. If our company determines that a user is inappropriate due to malicious behavior such as reselling or repeatedly canceling or refusing to accept large purchases, we reserve the right to suspend provision of the Service or cancel the user's membership without prior notice to the user. Even if we suspend use or cancel a user's membership, we are not obligated to disclose the reason to the user.
If a user violates these terms and conditions or causes damage to the Company in connection with the use of the Service, the user shall compensate the Company for such damage.
Article 22 (Specific Provisions)
Separate individual terms may be established for the use of this service. In such cases, consent to each term will be a condition for using this service.
